MINUTES TO MONTHLY MEETING HELD WITH RESPRESNETATIVE OF AIPEU WITH SPOS PUNE MFL DIV.ON 29.10.2010

1. ACUTE SHORTAGE OF STAFF AT SHIVAJINAGAR NDHO.
 - At present there is no shortage of staff at shivajinagar NDHO & Postamaster has been directed to curb the abrupt absenteeism resulting shotage .

2. DEPUTATION WITHIN SUB DIV.
- As far as possible deputation is ordered by nearby offices of Sub div. but the rare case & due to shortage of staff deputation is ordered by nearby Sub Divisions.
     Orders regarding deputaion are being issued.

3.SANCTION OF MIS/SPEED POST BILLS THOUGH AVAILIBILITY OF FUNDS.
- MIS/Speed post incentives bills will be sanctioned shortly.

4.GENEARATOR REPAIRING (DEHU RD & SHIVAJINAGAR H.O.)
- Genearatos of Dehu Rd & Shivajinagar HO have already been repaired.The supply of SOSB /AC Branch will be ensured through the Genset of Shivajinagar by AEA Electrical Pune.

5.PROVISION OF A.C. IN SERVER ROOMS IN COMPUTERISED P.O.'S
- This will be examined & issue will be taken up with RO Pune.
